MemoHoney terms of service covering orders, pricing, shipping, acceptable use, intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law.
Agreement
By accessing com-memohoney.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in United States dollars and are shown before tax. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is out of stock, a price has been listed in error, or a payment cannot be verified — and we will refund any amount already taken.
Every purchase is a one-time payment. We do not operate subscriptions or auto-shipping and we do not store your card for future billing.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are typically packed within one business day. Standard delivery within the continental United States generally takes 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide; please make sure it is correct.
Product information and health claims
MemoHoney is a dietary supplement. Statements on this site describe the intended structure and function of the ingredients. They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using this or any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed condition.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to scrape or copy content at scale, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false order or payment details.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, graphics, layout and code — is owned by MemoHoney or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or redistribution requires our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemoHoney is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the last revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
